

Our aim is to provide you with a well presented and durable booklet which gives your
account of your own or your loved one’s life, including photos and other memorabilia.
The finished booklet will ensure that future generations know something about the
“real person” and about the times through which he or she lived. The amount of detail
is entirely up to you and our service is always flexible and confidential.
Having
established your requirements on the telephone, we send you a confirmation of appointment
letter along with some prompts to help you to prepare for our meeting(s). We can
meet either at your home or in another public place. With your permission, we audio
record our meeting(s) in order that nothing vital is missed when we type the life
story and add the photographs. Hopefully you will find our meeting enjoyable and
our questions will help you to recall the key moments and events in the life you
are recording.
We will send you a draft of the finished document and it is at this stage that you
must decide upon any amendments. A simple 20-
Once
you have signed your approval of the final draft, the booklet normally takes no more
than 2 weeks to complete. Many people choose to have a simple booklet of up to 20
sides of A4 paper, including up to 20 photographs (this is described in Option 1
in Our Charges). Others, however, wish to have something more detailed or elaborate
and for them we have Options 2 or 3.
